01About these terms
These terms apply whenever you use ovast.ai, which is run by Ovast AI, based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India (“we”, “us”). Using the site means you accept them.
02Our services
The site describes the software we build; it is not an offer that can be accepted online. Work we do for you is governed by a written scope and agreement we both sign before it starts — what is built, the price, the dates and who owns what. Where that agreement and this site differ, the agreement applies.
03Using the site
You are welcome to browse the site, share its pages and contact us through it. In return, please use it fairly, and do not:
- send spam, or submit the contact form or the assistant automatically or in bulk;
- try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or the services behind it;
- use the assistant for anything unlawful or harmful, or for work unrelated to Ovast;
- copy the site’s content or design to present as your own.
We may block access that breaks these rules.
04The assistant
Ask Ovast is an AI assistant that answers from the content of this site. It is there to help, and it can still be wrong or incomplete: nothing it says is a quote, a commitment or professional advice. For anything you plan to rely on, talk to us.
Please keep confidential and personal information out of it. How your questions are handled is set out in the privacy policy.
05Our content
The text, design, graphics, code and the Ovast name and mark are ours, and protected by intellectual property law. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page.
Screens of client software are captures of the real systems we worked on, with people’s names and, where shown, figures replaced. The names and trademarks of clients and other companies belong to their owners.
06Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, including LinkedIn, Instagram and client sites. Their content and privacy practices are their own.
07Accuracy
Every figure on this site is counted from a real system, and we correct anything that turns out to be wrong. Even so, the site is provided “as is”, without a guarantee that it is complete, current or always available.
08Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or from relying on its content, including the assistant’s answers. Nothing in these terms limits a liability the law does not allow to be limited.
09Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh.
11Changes to these terms
We update these terms as the site changes, and the date at the top shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
